Photography
For the best results I only work from good quality, crisp reference photo’s. You can send digital photo’s via email or hard copy photo’s by post. If the photo’s are not suitable quality I will advise you.
The more photo’s I have for reference the better but I do ask for at least 6 if possible. I can also arrange to visit you and take a selection of digital photo’s.
Photo sessions should take place outdoors in natural light if possible.
Tips on getting the right angle and light
-
Crouch down so you are at the same level as your pet (unless it’s a horse of course!). Your pet can then look directly at the camera, as opposed to having to look up.
-
Always take photo's outside in natural light. Photos taken inside often require a flash because of low light, this can cause ‘red eye’.
• Take in a shaded area with the light source behind you.
